2) The materials are heated, extruded and stretched into flat fiber then rolled in circular loom to weave
3) The plastic flat fiber is drawn by the materials, such as new material,reclaimed material powder and pellet materials.
4) The screw cylinder of extruder is made by 38CrMoAIA alloy steel, the hardness is much higher than HV950 after nitrogen treatment
5) The extruder and drawing parts are with stepless speed regulation
6) All drive rollers are electroplated with chromium
